Richard Cusson
Managing Director
Richard's involvement with smartcards dates back to 1987 when he
joined Groupe Bull, the French smartcard pioneer. He later held the
positions of International Sales Director for Bull CP8 (ATMs,
EFTPOS and Smartcards) in Paris from 1992 to 1995 and General
Manager of Bull's South-East Asian Operations from 1996 to 1999
(Malaysia).
Richard joined Keycorp in 1999 and spent 3 years at the
corporate Head Office in Australia as a founding member and the
General Manager of their nascent smartcard division. He relocated
to Montreal Canada in 2002.
In September 2008 Gemalto,the world leader in digital security,
purchased Keycorp's smartcard division and created Multos
International, where Richard continues as General Manager.
Richard is a graduate from l'École des Hautes Etudes
Commerciales (HEC) Montreal.

Michael Crawford
Vice President - Operations
Michael has been involved with smartcards since joining the
company in 1996 in a variety of engineering and operations roles,
and currently leading the supply chain and operations with Multos
International. Prior to that, Michael worked as a process engineer
and manufacturing engineer in the electronics manufacturing
industry.
Michael has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of
Management and holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of
Engineering, both from the University of New South Wales.

Graeme Bradford
Vice President - Marketing
Graeme joined the organization in 1997 and during that time
worked on the company's core secure products and solutions.
His roles have ranged from engineering, project management, product
management, Regional Director for US/Latin America and now as
VP Marketing heading up the marketing and product management. With
over 18 years experience in the payments and telecommunications
industries, he has extensive knowledge of transaction systems,
smartcard technologies and has been involved in large global EMV
and identity projects.
Graeme holds Bachelor degrees in Engineering and Information
Technology from QUT (Queensland) and a Masters of Business
Administration from University of Southern Queensland.

Laurence Sterling
Vice President - Technology
Laurence's involvement with MULTOS dates back to 1997 when he
joined the development team that created Keycorp's first MULTOS
implementation. Since then he has developed core operating system
software, managed many projects and security evaluations of MULTOS
products. Currently, Laurence is responsible for the ongoing
product development and management of Multos International's
product range.
Laurence has a degree in Computer Science from the University of
Canberra.

Andrea Vuletic
Manager, Technical Services
Andrea's involvement in smartcard industry began in 1994 when
she joined the company to establish and lead the newly formed
smartcard development team tasked to deliver the first SIM card
developed in Australia. Since then she held team leader, project
management and Smartcard R&D General Management roles,
providing leadership and direction to the development team. With
years of expertise gained in many smartcard projects, Andrea is now
leading the team of Smartcard Technical Experts providing
consultancy and technical support services to MULTOS customers
embarking on banking and identity projects worldwide.
Andrea holds Bachelor Degrees in Electrical Engineering and
Computer Engineering from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of
Electrical Engineering and Computing, Zagreb, Croatia.

Raymond Yu
Business Development Manager,
Asia/Pacific
Raymond joined the company in 1998 and has worked in various
roles including regional sales and business development. Now
based in Hong Kong, Raymond leads the commercial activities for the
company in the Asian region. He has been involved in many
large EMV migrations and national identity projects throughout Asia
and was instrumental in winning the initial key MULTOS success
stories that ensured the viability of the technology.
Raymond studied in Computer Science from GuangDong Industrial
University, China. He also holds a Master of Business
Administration from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Phil Dolling
Business Development Manager, EMEA
Phil joined the company in 2003 and leads the sales and business
development activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Phil is
based in the UK and is responsible for building the MULTOS business
throughout the region. He has worked on several key projects,
including major national identity systems and large scale EMV
migrations, helping to build the awareness of MULTOS technology in
the region.
Previously with Hitachi where he was Smartcard Sales Manager
covering Europe, Phil was directly involved in the adoption of
MULTOS by many major EMV issuers plus many of other EMV and ID
projects.
Phil has over 20 years experience in the Semiconductor and
solutions Market with a BSc (Hons) in Materials Science from
Birmingham University.

Marcelo Gonzalo
Business Development Manager, Latin
America
Marcelo joined Multos International in 2010 and is responsible
for managing the fast growing South American business, driving new
opportunities and building on existing relationships.
He has been involved with the Brazilian card market since 1996,
starting as technical support and then moving into strategic
positions on sales and business development with key industry
players such as Datacard's local distributor, Vasco Data Security
distributor and most recently with one of the largest card
manufacturers in Brazil. During this time, Marcelo has been helping
large financial institutions in the region to migrate their vast
card portfolios to EMV and also working on identification programs
and strong security solutions for internet banking.
Marcelo holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with
electronic specialization at Faculdade de Engenharia São
Paulo and Business Management Pos Graduation at SENAC (São
Paulo/SP)

Sangita Sagi
R&D Manager
Sangita has been in the smart card industry since 1996 when she
joined the company in the smartcard R&D team. She was involved
in the first MULTOS implementation development efforts, with a
special focus on the cryptographic sub-systems. After years of
technical hands on experience with MULTOS developments, Sangita
moved to a project management and more recently a team management
role in the Multos International R&D team.
Sangita holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree specializing in
Electronics and Communication from Osmania University in India.
