StepNexus, a division of Multos International, is responsible for overseeing the key management authority (KMA). Through secure communication with the KMA, issuers request and receive enablement data, as well as load/delete certificates. These components are primary constituents of the MULTOS framework, ensuring the integrity of all applications present on the smartcard.

Our online StepXpress service provides comprehensive support for bureaus, issuers and systems integrators deploying MULTOS cards. We provide MULTOS enablement data and application load/delete certificates 24 hours a day and have supported the issuance of over 100 million MULTOS cards.
